Fine Arts Departments are units within the body of higher education institutions that serve the society in order to train the qualified manpower 
needed by the country and to produce knowledge, and are affiliated to the rectorate, which was established in the 1980s with the article in the 
1982 constitution to keep higher education students away from political events and bad habits. 

In accordance with paragraph I of the 5th article of the Law No. 2547, in the Fine Arts Department, Faculties and Schools affiliated to Çankırı 
Karatekin University; Our students, who have determined their profession and chosen the programs they will study, are not only equipped with 
knowledge, but also equipped with professional knowledge in order to raise qualified individuals who can meet the needs of national and international 
stakeholders in the fields of science, art, economy and social fields in line with their fields of interest, in addition to their courses in 
educational activities, It aims to raise individuals who have a hobby, who have improved themselves in every aspect, who have been enriched in 
terms of art, aesthetics and culture, and conscious art lovers.
